At Forbest, we are committed to providing high-quality diagnostics and repair services for all inspection equipment.

Repair Assessments

When a product is sent to us for repair, our technicians perform a full evaluation and diagnostic test to determine the issue and recommend a solution.

Assessment Fee

If the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote, an assessment fee of CAD $75 will apply to cover the time and resources used during testing.

If the repair is approved, the assessment fee is waived and included in the final repair cost.

Repair Refusal or No Response

If the customer refuses the repair or does not respond within 30 days of receiving the estimate:

  • The assessment fee must be paid before the unit is returned.

Returned Items Over 6 Months

For returned items held at Forbest for more than 6 months, we will attempt to contact the customer by phone or email after the 6-month period. The customer must respond within 5 business days of being contacted.
If no response is received, Forbest reserves the right to dispose of the returned items at its own discretion, without assuming any cost or responsibility.
