Auction Policy & FAQ
What rules and requirements are there for auction buyers?
When you bid on or buy an item, you're agreeing to the rules we've put in place for our community. You can find out more details on these rules in the articles below.
What kind of items are listed for auction?
Our Sewer Inspection Cameras are very popular auction listings, however, we have auctions on all product lines. You can purchase refurbished, open-boxed, clearance, or discounted Forbest Products through this feature.
How does the Reserve price work?
The reserve price represents the hidden minimum value that a seller is willing to let their lot go for. If the auction ends and the reserve price has not been met, the lot will not be auctioned off.
How does the Buyout price work?
The buyout price is the price that, if accepted by a bidder, immediately ends the auction and awards the item to the bidder.
How do automatic bids work?
By setting up an automatic bid, our system will automatically place new bids on your behalf each time you are outbid. All you need to do is enter the maximum price you are willing to bid for an item. Our system will then keep on bidding for you, by the smallest possible increase each time, until your maximum price is reached.
