Technical Sales & Marketing Representative
The Technical Sales & Marketing Representative will lead sales strategy and support marketing initiatives to grow Forbest’s regional client base, manage key accounts, and drive long-term business relationships. This hybrid role combines sales expertise with marketing skills, ensuring growth while strengthening brand visibility across North America.
The position is primarily responsible for prospecting new clients, leveraging relationships, creating engaging marketing content, and executing campaigns that align with the branch’s sales and growth objectives. Reporting to the North America Sales Director, this role requires both strong customer-facing skills and the ability to support digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Develop new North American client accounts and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively managing and growing client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content (presentations, case studies, blogs, videos, social media posts) that supports lead generation and client engagement.
- Participate in industry trade shows, events, and webinars to represent the Forbest brand.
- Create and deliver advanced product/solution presentations (verbal, written, and digital) tailored to client needs.
- Support regional sales and marketing teams across North America with content creation for email campaigns, digital ads, and product launches.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance of sales and marketing efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends to recommend new strategies that enhance Forbest’s market presence.
Requirements
- Proven communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, blogs, or video content preferred).
- Strong ability to network, prospect, and convert new clients into loyal customers.
- Business acumen with the ability to understand client goals and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Shopify).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (new graduates welcome).
