Shipping policy
Standard Delivery:
- Estimated delivery time 2-8 business days.
- All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 10am to 3 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 2 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
- Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
- Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
- Items which are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days.
- Custom items can take between 5-15 business days to ship.
NOTE: Many of our items are drop shipped directly. As such, you may receive multiple packages.

- Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx service.
- Some items do require freight shipping. Freight shipping costs are charged after the item ships. Unless otherwise requested, all freight items ship via ground service.
- Expedited methods of shipping are also available, such asΒ UPS Next Day Air, andΒ UPS 2nd Day Air. There is no guarantee that order received after 12 pm EST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same day shipments. NOTE: UPS Next Day Air requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday), thisΒ does notΒ include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.
- TheΒ Forbest Products Co.Β is not held responsible for any delays carriers may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
- The Forbest Products Co. is not held responsible for any delays carriers may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.
- If the shipping insurance (item shipping warranty) is selectedΒ when checking out on Forbest Canada Online Store, selected itemsΒ will beΒ insured when they leave theΒ Forbest Products Co.. If a package (insured or uninsured) is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. The Forbest Products Co. is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.
- If an insured package isΒ damaged in shipment, you should contact Forbest Products Co. within 24 hours of receiving the item with appropriate documentation of damage in order to submit a claim to corresponding carriers for reimbursement. Final decisions will be handled by the corresponding carrier, andΒ Forbest Products Co.Β is not responsible forΒ any decisions made by the carrier.
Shipping Rates
- We charge per UPS & FedEx published rates unless otherwise requested.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge by adding handling fee or if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
International
- Packages ship UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
