Forbest is a well-known brand in the industry worldwide, and we are hiring excited Technical Sales Specialists for our Canadian Richmond Hill, Ontario branch.  

About The Role    

The Technical Sales Specialist will lead the sales strategy for the marketing and growth of new regional clientele and management of assigned accounts to drive growth while ensuring the productivity and profitability of these relationships.

The position is primarily responsible for prospecting new clients, leveraging relationships and Forbest’s organizational and brand strengths, and executing the sales plan to enable the branch to meet its sales and growth objectives. This position will report to the North America Sales Director. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Business development of North American account business contacts into long-term business relationships. 
  •  Provide exceptional customer service by proactively building and managing client relationships. Liaise effectively with all sales support services such as research, creativity, and charting, etc. 
  • Participate in industry and client events related to the position. 
  • Support team across North America. Maintain frequent contact with all clients and deliver best-in-class customer service by providing new products that apply to client needs. 
  •  Deliver advanced product/solution presentations (verbal and written) to prospective customers.
Job Requirements 

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to network, prospect to, and convert new clients and build strong relationships. 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand the client’s business, processes, and objectives that will translate into effective solution propositions. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, negotiation, and customer service skills. 
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software packages and overall computer skills. 
  • A diploma of college or above is required, new graduates are welcome.
